This page contains key information for all exhibitors making preparations for exhibiting at Med-Tech Innovation Expo 2024. Please read fully and ensure you have downloaded and read each document carefully.

Creating your Profile

Every exhibitor has a unique profile on the exhibitor list which will be visible to all visitors once registration is open. To complete your profile please include the following:

1. Ensure your company and personal profile contain as much information as possible, including a logo, company description and interest categories.

2. Upload your products so visitors can see what you have to offer.

3. Start to consider who your stand staff will be. Remember to add them as team members for access to the platform, badging and networking purposes.

If you are a registered exhibitor for Med-Tech Innovation Expo 2024 and require a visa support letter for your journey to the UK please download the below document and complete all sections once complete please send this to mtiops@rapidnews.com who will process your request.

How Do I Update My Company Profile?
Log in via the top righthand sign in button

From there you should see your personal profile if logged in as a team member (Username = email address). You can switch between your personal and company profile via the profile button at the top right of the screen. You can also access the exhibitor manual from here, which contains important tasks to complete.

How Do I Maximise My Companies Visibility?
Please read the Exhibitor User Guide for guidance.

 

Exhibitor Badges
Closer to the event you will be sent a barcode via the email you have registered with. Please bring this barcode to the self-serve kiosks situated in the entrance of hall 1 on Tuesday 3rd June 2024 and your badge will be printed.

Please note: Anyone staff member who will be on your stand and needs an exhibitor badge will need to be added to the system as a team member.

Lead Scanning
You do not need to purchase a lead scanner. A lead scanner is offered to you free of charge as part of the event app. Simply download the app when it is ready and login using your team member email and password. Once logged in you will see a scan badge button. Simply hold your phone in front of a visitors badge and the barcode will be read. From here you can add notes to the individual you have scanned and select what products they are interested in. At the end of the event these can be downloaded via the app or the main company profile.
Exhibitor Car Park
Parking is free for exhibitors during build days. Exhibitor car parks are located in East 1-4. For show open days please remember to collect your parking passes from a member of the team.
How do we Access the back of the hall to unload materials?
All vehicles requiring rear hall access, for unloading, please go to Lorry park South 3. Please ensure you book your slot through the venue's traffic management system - Voyage Control link coming soon.

 

Where can I order a TV stand?
Our official Av supplier PSP can help with your requirements. Order Form

 

Where do we order stand extras including graphics, flooring and furniture?
Please order all stand extras from our official supplier Showlite, via the exhibitor manual.

 

How do I upgrade my stand to a package?
If you are considering upgrading your stand please see the attached forms and contact Showlite directly for further information.

Please Note: If you are shell scheme exhibitor and would like to upgrade your stand to one of the packages, please email mtiops@rapidnews.com

I need to ship stand materials to the show, who do I contact?
CEVA Show freight are appointed as our official logistics supplier, please contact them directly regarding any logistics/lifting requirements. Order Link

Shipping instructions

Who do I contact for Venue services / Rigging or Catering?
For any Water / Waste or Compressed Air orders as well as any rigging any catering orders required for the show, please order directly with the NEC. Coming soon

 

Do I need to wear A hi-Vis?
Yes, all exhibitors arriving on Monday 3rd June, or Tuesday 4th June before 2pm must adhere to our health and safety regulations which means you must wear a high vis and sensible shoes when entering the hall.
